South African Hip-Hop mogul, Kwesta step up his game as he create something explosive with Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group D.C. representative, rapper Wale.
They called the hot collab “Spirit,” a must listen. With Kwesta enjoying his flow in his native tongue, Wale hit with the last verse, wrapping it up in a confident lines as he boast of being on top of his game, making the benjamins; “All I get is money talking hundred, hundred, hundred” – he raps.
“My city say I run it ’cause I never ever fumble / Every time I sing it make the pretty women love me / I can be a poet, be your homie, be your plumber / Sunset summer, all black pullin’ / I got more gas than a H3 hummer”
“Spirit” is Kwesta’s first offering from his upcoming album and is the first of three rumored international collaborations from the album.
The song samples “These Tears” by Spirit Chaser. Kwesta also sampled and slowed down a House song in like manner in “Ngud’” to create a genre called New-Age Kwaito which is a fusion of Hip-Hop and Kwaito.
