The ongoing saga involving Nigerian pop star, ‘Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe’ popularly known as Kiss Daniel and his estranged record label, G-Worldwide Entertainment seems to be far from over as the latter have released proof of the court injunction against the ‘Yeba’ crooner.
Subsequent to statement released by Kiss Daniel’s lawyers, L & A Legal Consultants in which they refuted the initial claims made by the music company of an existing injunction restraining their client, G-Worldwide have responded with a substantial proof.
In their statement, the label inferred that the “orders of injunction sought against the singer was sought in addition to other orders”.
According to the statement by the record label which was signed by Emmanuel Egah, it was “regrettable” that Kiss Daniel without reading the full text of the application for interim orders to understand the clear purpose of the injunction has denied the existence of the injunction.
G-Worldwide stated that it was apparent that Kiss Daniel and his legal counsel “had not seen or chose not to see” the court order, adding that their attempt to mislead the public was “unfortunate and disgraceful”.
Finally, the company reiterated that they expected the 23-year old to acknowledge that he has received the documents and is working with his legal team to respond to the injunction.
