Subsequent to earlier statement released by G-Worldwide Entertainment which infer an existing injunction by Federal High Court sitting in Lagos State restraining Kiss Daniel of any activities pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice filed in the lawsuit, the singer, through his lawyer, have debunked such claim.
In their official statement released through the singer verified twitter account, G-Worldwide Entertainment application for injunction restraining their client from performing, recording or using the stage name “Kiss Daniel” were denied and refused by the Federal High Court in Lagos, in other words, the earlier statement by Emperor Geezy’s record label is in part incorrect.
With Kiss Daniel set for a Benin concert tomorrow, this means he has nothing to worry of and the fans should make their way to the event because their favorite star will be right there to thrill them with performances of previous record and lately released number, “No Do” under new imprint, Flyboy INC.
The statement further clear every doubt of whether Kiss Daniel have the right to use the stage name and how right is he to terminate his ongoing contract with the estranged label “G-Worldwide”.
