Burna Boys Signs Buju To Spaceship Entertainment

Burna Boy’s Record Label, Spaceship Entertainment, on Thursday (April 16) announced the signing of promising Afro-fusion music star, Buju to the entity. The label took to their instagram page to announce the new development. The statement read: “Please welcome our new artist @bujutoyourears #SpaceFam

This announcement arrived after weeks of speculation of the prodigy been signed to the label. Buju, in every essence can be identified as the first signed artiste by the label as the other two artistes signed to the label are Burna Boy and his sister, Nissi Ogulu.

Buju (Bio: Daniel Benson) is one of the promising music stars in Nigeria music industry, whose art and talent has been known to several users of freemium streaming platform: Soundcloud, beforehand. His prominence in the industry started in 2019 after his request for Zlatan to feature on his song, ‘Spiritual’ went viral. The Zanku master later honoured his request and featured on the song which received a warm response from music lovers.

The Afro-fusion performer has gone from then to release two more songs in “Commander” and “L’enu” to warm reception. Subsequent to his confirmation as the latest addition to Spaceship Entertainment, he has collaborated with his new boss, Burna Boy, for the remix of the latter song, “L’enu”.
